It has become our tradition to celebrate 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀’ 𝗗𝗮𝘆 on the last Monday of August, when we honor the sacrifices and services of the Filipino heroes who fought for the 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺, 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, and 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

This day reminds us that heroism cannot only be found in the history books or statues, but can also be seen in all acts of bravery, generosity, and selflessness of the Filipino people in their service to their families, communities, and nation.

On this important occasion, we remember the legacy of our heroes and hope that it will encourage us to practice 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗺, 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, and 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀, not only by remembering their sacrifices, but also through responsible actions.

August is a time for new beginnings and fresh chances, and we want to shine a light on the amazing 𝑼𝑬𝑯𝑴𝑺 𝑾𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒔 who were born in this wonderful month.

These UEHMS Warriors are really special. We are so happy to have them in our community. We hope they keep sparkling, growing, and living every second of their journey to the fullest as they go after their dreams.
