[ENG below] ក្រុមហ៊ុនអូស៊ីអាយស៊ី(OCIC) បានចុះហត្ថលេខាជាផ្លូវការជាមួយគ្រឹះស្ថាន World Citi Colleges – International (WCCI) ដែលជាគ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំផ្នែកអាកាសចរណ៍នៅប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន និងជាផ្នែកមួយនៃ World Citi Group ដើម្បីសហការបង្កើតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យផ្នែកអាកាសចរណ៍ដំបូងគេនៅកម្ពុជា។
កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយ ឧកញ៉ាវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត Pung Carolyne អនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល OCIC លោក Thierry Tea អនុប្រធាន OCIC និងលោក Raymond Patrick Guico ប្រធានស្ថាប័ន WCCI ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ ជួនណារ៉ុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា និងឯកឧត្តម លី សុវណ្ណារិទ្ធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃរដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានអាកាសចរណ៍សុីវិល។
គ្រឹះស្ថាន WCCI នាំមកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ជាងពីរទសវត្សរ៍ក្នុងការអប់រំផ្នែកអាកាសចរណ៍ រួមទាំងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជាក់ស្តែង និងការតភ្ជាប់ជាមួយឧស្សាហកម្ម។ តាមរយៈភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយ OCIC សាកលវិទ្យាល័យថ្មីនេះនឹងផ្តល់កម្មវិធីថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រចំនួន ៣ រួមមានជំនាញវិស្វកម្មថែទាំយន្តហោះ ជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រងប្រតិបត្តិការក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍ និងជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រងទេសចរណ៍ ជាមួយកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបុគ្គលិកបម្រើការលើយន្តហោះ។
កម្មវិធីសិក្សាទាំងនេះនឹងផ្តល់ឱកាសជូនទៅឱ្យនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាទទួលបានការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញឯកទេស និងស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសរបស់ខ្លូន ខណៈដែលនាំយកបទពិសោធន៍បញ្ជូលគ្នារវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន។

🛫 OCIC has officially partnered with World Citi Colleges – International (WCCI), a Philippine institution specialising in aviation education and part of World Citi Group, to establish Cambodia’s first aeronautical and aviation university.
The agreement was signed by Oknha Dr. Pung Carolyne, Vice Chairperson of OCIC, Thierry Tea, Vice president of , and Mr. Raymond Patrick Guico, President of WCCI, in the presence of H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, and H.E. Mr. Ly Sovannarith, Secretary of State of the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation.
brings more than two decades of experience in aviation education, including practical training and industry connections. Together with OCIC, the new university will offer three bachelor’s degree programs in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Airline Operations Management, and Tourism Management with a Flight Attendant Program.
