Today, October 5, the Tourism Management students were given Exemplary Academic Performance Awards at the UE-Caloocan Recognition Program 2026 held at the TYK Conference Hall, in recognition of their excellence and dedication throughout their academic journey.

These awards reflect the students’ hard work, perseverance, and determination to continuously strive for their goals. May this achievement serve as a reminder that every challenge they accomplish brings them one step closer to their aspirations. Congratulations to all the awardees on this well-deserved recognition and may they continue to excel and reach higher achievements in the future.

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

The 2027 Cultural Exchange Program Orientation was held yesterday, October 1, at the LCT Building MPH 3, in collaboration with the Office for International Affairs and External Linkages (OIL) and First Place, Inc. (FPI) for the US Summer Exchange Program. The orientation provided an avenue for students to gain insights into cultural exchange opportunities and the experiences that await them.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the hardworking ushers and usherettes who assisted and guided throughout the event, ensuring its smooth ex*****on and overall success. Their professionalism and dedication played a significant role in ensuring the success of the program, from welcoming and assisting attendees to providing guidance during the activities.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to our UETS Adviser, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗮-𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘀, for her continued guidance, support, and encouragement to the Tourism students. We would also like to thank our College Secretary, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. The 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀: 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 brought Tourism students together on September 21 at the EN Building, MPH 1 for an insightful discussion on the aviation and tourism industry. With guest speakers Mr. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐳 and Ms. 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐢𝐥, students gained valuable insights and perspectives from professionals in the field.

The event provided an opportunity for students to broaden their understanding of the industry and learn more about the career paths and opportunities within aviation and tourism. It was a meaningful session that connected classroom learning with real-world industry experiences.
