𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙄𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇 𝙎𝙎𝘾 𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙄𝘾𝙀 𝙃𝙊𝙐𝙍𝙎 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙂𝙐𝙄𝘿𝙀𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙀𝙎
The Supreme Student Council (SSC) Office is officially open to serve you! You can visit us on the 2nd floor of the GOT Gym (right side facing the gym), open Tuesday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that the office observes a daily lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, during which regular operations are temporarily paused.
To maintain a productive workplace, the office is strictly designated for addressing official student concerns, loitering or hanging out inside is prohibited. Visitors are asked to knock respectfully before entering and maintain standard office etiquette throughout their visit. Upon arrival, students must sign the official logbook located near the entrance before making any inquiries. Before leaving, visitors are also encouraged to complete a feedback form to share their thoughts or experience on the service received.
If the office is unattended during operational hours, visitors should refer to the Duty Schedule and Directory posted at the door to identify the assigned On-Call Officers for that timeslot. The President and Vice President can be reached via email, phone, or Facebook; Senators can be contacted via email and Facebook; and Appointees can be reached through Facebook.
Please note that On-Call Officers refers to the contact points available when no one is physically present in the office. Listing these details does not guarantee an officer can arrive immediately, as they may be attending classes, official errands, or administrative meetings. For urgent situations requiring a phone call, please send a text message first to confirm the officer's availability.
