Important Announcement for Incoming Freshmen Students

This is a reminder that June 15, 2026, is the deadline for completing your admission registration.

Students who fail to register by June 15, 2026, will automatically forfeit their admission slot. This means:

You’ll lose your spot in the program.
You’ll need to reapply if you want to join later (subject to availability).
If you’ve got documents pending or need help with the process, please visit the Admissions/Registrar's Office before June 15 to sort it out.

Action needed by June 15:

1. Complete online Pre-Registration Form (PRF).
2. Claim print copy of PRF at the Dean's Office.
3. Submit all required documents, including a signed PRF, to the Registrar.

Forfeiture of Slot Effective June 16, 2026, if no action is taken. Forfeited slots will be filled by the students on the waitlist.

This is to announce that BSBA Freshmen admission for all 6 sections is now officially *CLOSED*.

Each section has reached its full capacity of 60 students. No additional slots are available.

To all applicants: Thank you for your interest in the BSBA program. For those who were not accommodated, please go to your alternative program options.

It is official. In their special session on January 14, 2026, the ESSU Board of Regents (BOR) has approved the resumption of face-to-face classes in all campuses starting on Monday, January 26, 2026, in a rotational schedule.

To all students currently housed at the lady’s and boy’s dormitories, you are being advised to look for other board and lodging alternatives, as the said buildings are also under precautionary restriction by the expert advice of the inspection team due to visible damage sustained from the earthquakes.

On behalf of the entire ESSU management team, University President Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., wishes to thank all the faculty members and administrative personnel, including the inspection task force team from the College of Engineering, CHED, and DPWH. Special thanks to our ground-level workers who have been hard at work in the last few weeks making their repairs on the usable classrooms and erecting alternative classrooms to make them as conducive as possible to our learners.

The BSBA-FM students had the opportunity to visit 7D Food International Inc., one of the leading producers of premium dried mangoes in Cebu. 🥭

During the visit, the students were able to observe the company’s production process and gain insights into its quality control measures and global marketing strategies that made 7D Mangoes a renowned Filipino brand.
