JEA – BSBA TEAM BUILDING 2025
“The Power of One: Finding Strength in our Collective Purposes”

The BSBA community gathered at the EUC Gymnasium last November 17, 2025 for the JEA Team Building 2025 with the theme “The Power of One: Finding Strength in our Collective Purposes.” The event brought students together for an afternoon of teamwork, fun, and shared purpose, strengthening the unity of the entire BSBA department.
The program opened with the prayer led by Mr. Glen Gutierrez, followed by the National Anthem and University Hymn. To kick off the energy, a Zumba session was led by Joyce Fernandez together with the JEA Officers, setting a lively and positive mood for everyone. The participants were then welcomed through the message of the Dean of Studies, Dr. Crystal B. Quintana, followed by a special message from the Department Head, Dr. Elocel M. Delgado. Short but meaningful messages were also given by Mr. Ryan Endrinal and Mrs. Rosana Jimenez.
One of the key parts of the event was the Induction of the JEA Officers, led by the newly appointed President, Aira Jane C. Venerable, officially marking their start as this year’s leaders. An intermission number by Marianne Matugad followed, giving everyone a refreshing break before heading into the first set of games and raffle draws. The first round of activities included Finding Animal Sounds, Sungkit the Cup, and Eh Ikaw.
After a short snack break, the crowd was entertained by an energetic performance from the JEA Dance Squad. The second set of games continued with Pass the Action, Chinese Garter and Catch the Flag, which brought out everyone’s competitiveness and teamwork. A welcoming ceremony was then took place for the first year and transferees students.
Before closing the event, certificates were awarded to Dean’s Lister, College Scholar, and University Scholar students in recognition of their dedication and academic performance. The program concluded with the closing remarks delivered by Ms. Aira Jane C. Venerable, expressing gratitude to all who made the event a success.
The entire flow was smoothly hosted by Mr. Glen Gutierrez and Ms. Maezy D. Villanueva, ensuring that every part of the program ran with warmth and enthusiasm.
The Team Building 2025 was more than just a gathering, it was a reminder that every individual contributes to a stronger whole, and that true strength comes from moving together with a collective purpose.
