Note: This link is strictly for applicants who registered from November 24 to December 31, 2025, but were unable to take the exam on January 17, 24, 31, and February 7, 2026.

Kindly ensure that you complete the registration form to be included in the list of examinees for the rescheduled examination. The new examination schedule will be sent to your email address. Please make sure that the email address you provide in the form is valid and active so that you can successfully receive your Test Permit and updated schedule, to avoid any inconvenience.
