Please be informed of the schedule for the release of Transcripts of Records (TOR). Strictly follow the schedule assigned to your college:

✅ Release Schedule:

- June 22 – College of Teacher Education (CTE)

- June 23 – College of Business and Management (CBM)
​
- June 24 – College of Sciences (CoS)
​
- June 25 – College of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (CFMS)

📌 REQUIREMENT:

- Fully cleared clearance must be presented upon claiming.

ANNOUNCEMENT: RESCHEDULING OF ENROLLMENT ACTIVITY

Please be informed that the enrollment activity originally scheduled for FRIDAY is moved to the next working day.

This adjustment is necessary because the said enrollment schedule was already approved and finalized prior to the issuance and effectivity of the Compressed Workweek Memorandum. We need to adhere to the originally approved schedule while aligning with the new work arrangement guidelines.
