The Lambda Theta Psi–Lambdanians Davao Oriental, a Civil Society Organization, paid a courtesy call on Hon. Governor Nelson “Boy” L. Dayanghirang. The group expressed its sincere gratitude for being recognized as a Gawad Davao Oriental Davaoeño Awardee–Manlilingkod ng Bayan, as well as for the Governor’s continued support for its programs and community activities.
The group also shared its accomplishments through outreach programs, clean-up drives, disaster response initiatives, and other community services. The Lambdanians Caraga Chapter likewise expressed its appreciation for the SLP Capital Seed assistance it received, which helped provide burial, medical, and educational support to the organization’s members.
The group reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the administration’s programs and future initiatives. It also presented its upcoming grand gathering of Lambdanians on August 28–30, which will be attended by members from various chapters within and outside the province. The event is expected to help promote tourism in Davao Oriental, particularly in the Municipality of Caraga, which will serve as the venue. Governor Dayanghirang also expressed his strong support for the event.
