Leadership is not defined solely by the ability to lead, but by the willingness to collaborate, listen, learn, and serve with purpose.

As part of our continuing commitment to strengthening student leadership, we are pleased to present ASCEND 2026: Leadership Development and Team Alignment Training, a two-day gathering that brings student leaders and delegates together in pursuit of stronger leadership, meaningful collaboration, and greater team alignment.

📍 Ibabao Hall, Provincial Capitol

This training provides an avenue for participants to enhance their leadership capabilities, strengthen teamwork, exchange perspectives, and develop a shared vision that will guide them in their roles as student leaders and representatives.

More than a leadership training, ASCEND 2026 is an opportunity to build connections, strengthen collective responsibility, and foster a culture of leadership grounded in collaboration, excellence, and service.

Together with the UEP Main USC, UEP Main College Student Councils, UEP PRMC-USC, UEPL-USC, The Pillar, and ARCOSAF, we look forward to seeing you as we ASCEND together!

𝗔 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗖 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥, 𝗔 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗛 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧! 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞, 𝗨𝗘𝗣𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗦! 💙

And just like that, 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 officially begins! A new year means new subjects, new experiences, new challenges, and plenty of moments to look forward to.

We may be starting our first day from behind our screens, but the excitement of being back doesn’t have to be any less! From finding that perfect spot with the strongest Wi-Fi to the classic, “𝗔𝗺 𝗜 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲?” and “Ma’am/Sir, muted po kayo!” moments, online classes are definitely bringing their own kind of first-day energy.

For now, we may be learning from different places, but we’re all beginning the same journey. So settle in, log on, show up, and make the most of every lesson, conversation, and opportunity that comes your way.
