Following a week of online classes, the UEP Accountancy Department returned to life on Monday, August 24, as flexible classes officially commenced.โฃ

To mark the return of students, JPIA-UEP Officers spent the early hours preparing fiery welcome banners and balloon arrangements across the department halls. Officers greeted arriving accountancy students warmly, distributing informational pamphlets detailing the semester's upcoming initiatives, faculty members and academic guidelines.โฃ

JPIA-UEP also officially launched its department-wide "FIND ME" scavenger hunt. Students immediately began scouring rooms CBA 9 through CBA 12 to spot hidden butterflies, scan QR codes, and complete the photo documentation challenges. The JPIAโ€“UEP Local Chapter convened for another productive executive board meeting with the new associates of the committees on August 17, 2026 presided over by JPIA-UEP President Angel O. Marino. The meeting focused on strengthening organizational systems, evaluating recent initiatives, and laying the groundwork for the activities ahead.โฃ

The session opened with an evaluation and feedback discussion on the recently conducted General Clean-up, Brief Orientation, and interview for new JPIA Associates. The board underscored the importance of strict waste management and continuous improvement in the implementation of organizational activities.โฃ

Also discussed was Resolution No. 5, which reinforces the active participation of officers and associates through proper attendance, responsibility, and punctuality. The board emphasized that every member is expected to perform assigned tasks and contribute meaningfully to the organizationโ€™s endeavors.โฃ
