Before we enjoy the night, here are some simple reminders to keep Solidarity Night fun, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

✅DO’S:
• Dress according to the theme, be creative and own your “wrong party” look!
• Mingle and make new friends.
• Participate in games, activities, and performances.
• Respect everyone, regardless of their outfit, group, or personality.
• Take photos and make memorable moments.
• Keep the venue clean and organized.
• Follow the program and event guidelines.
• Look out for your friends and fellow CoE students.

🚫DON’TS:
• DON’T bring prohibited items into the venue.
• DON’T engage in fights, bullying, or disrespectful behavior.
• DON’T make inappropriate comments or jokes about someone’s outfit.
• DON’T damage school property or event materials.
• DON’T leave your belongings unattended.
• DON’T wear overly revealing or inappropriate outfits

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Repair of Sliding Windows at the Student Center

In line with the College of Engineering Student Council’s commitment to maintaining a safe, functional, and conducive student space, the repair of the sliding windows at the Student Center has been successfully carried out.

The initiative was spearheaded by COESC President Ashley Bernabe and was made possible through the generous, free-of-charge repair service provided by 4A Glass & Aluminum Supply.

The COESC extends its sincere appreciation to 4A Glass & Aluminum Supply for their valuable assistance and support in improving the facilities of the College of Engineering Student Center.

𝟱𝟰𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗟𝗔𝗪 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Limampu’t apat na taon na ang nakalipas simula nang ideklara ang Martial Law. Ngayon, ginugunita natin ang madilim na kabanatang ito hindi lamang upang lumingon sa nakaraan, kundi upang patuloy na ipagtanggol ang ating kalayaan, karapatang pantao, at demokrasya.

Bilang pagpapakita ng ating pagkakaisa bilang mga UEPian, inaanyayahan ang lahat na makisama sa ating Black Monday. Ang pagsusuot ng itim ay simbolo ng ating pag-alala at paninindigan na panatilihing buhay ang mga aral ng kasaysayan. Ngayong Setyembre 21, alalahanin natin ang kasaysayan at makiisa sa paggunita.

𝐃𝐄𝐅𝐄𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐎𝐌!!

As the College of Engineering Student Council, we stand resolute and united with the University Student Council, The Pillar, and the entire student body in fiercely fighting for what is right. We vehemently condemn the deplorable acts of intimidation, suppression, and hostility that transpired during the recent Balik Kampus: uEPIC 2026 incident.

An academic institution's primary obligation is to protect, nurture, and safeguard its students never to meet the legitimate expression of youth and student rights with reckless aggression and physical force. The hostile actions directed against our students, frontline leaders, and media workers, including The Pillar, are direct, unacceptable attacks on our fundamental freedoms, democratic spaces, and basic safety.

While it deeply pains us that the event was compromised, the physical safety and well-being of every UEPian had to take absolute precedence over continuing amidst such hostility. What unfolded has only unmasked institutional intolerance while highlighting the undeniable bravery and unity of the student body. We refuse to be silenced, and we refuse to let intimidation dictate our rights or our spaces. We will always stand our ground for truth, justice, and the welfare of our fellow students.
