This formative event held deep spiritual significance as a milestone in the holistic development of the students, serving as a vital continuation of their spiritual formation journey as a Marians. The retreat offered a sacred space for quiet reflection, facilitating spiritual bonding among the participants, and further solidifying their commitment to living out faith-driven, values-based leadership in both their personal and professional lives. By engaging in guided meditations, communal prayer, and enlightening discussions, the participants were able to enhance their relationship with God and attain greater clarity on how to apply spiritual values in their future roles as business leaders and members of society.

The celebration of BSBA Days 2026 continued with an unforgettable evening during the “𝑮𝒂𝒃𝒊 𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒍” Testimonial Dinner & Awarding Ceremony held at YOLO Bayside. The event brought together students, faculty, alumni, and guests for a night of recognition, gratitude, and celebration.

One of the highlights of the night was the inspiring testimonial talks delivered by our Alumni Guest Speakers, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐃𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌. 𝐔𝐲, City Mayor of Catbalogan, and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐢ñ𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, BSBA Program Adviser. Their messages encouraged students to pursue their goals with dedication, perseverance, and a strong sense of purpose while striving for excellence in their chosen careers.

The evening also featured short messages from our valued OJT partners, with representatives from 𝐏𝐍𝐁, 𝐃𝐓𝐈, and 𝐃𝐁𝐏 sharing their words of support and encouragement for the BSBA students. Their messages highlighted the importance of professionalism, commitment, and continuous learning in preparing for future careers.

The evening continued with the awarding of tokens and certificates to our guest speaker. The program also featured intermission numbers, the awarding of competition winners and the overall champion.

The celebration concluded with a lively party and entertainment, strengthening the bond among BSBA students and creating lasting memories.

The 4th Year BSBA students gathered at the Function Room for a meaningful and memorable Exit Conference—a celebration of their On-the-Job Training journey and accomplishments.

One of the highlights of the event was the Presentation and Sharing of OJT Highlights per group, featuring experiences from ᴅʙᴘ, ᴘɴʙ, ᴅᴛɪ, ᴘʜɪʟʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜ, and ᴄᴄᴅᴏ/ᴄᴘᴇꜱᴏ. Each presentation reflected growth, professionalism, and real-world learning gained from their respective training institutions.

The conference also included Feedback and Evaluation from the OJT Coordinator, Mr. Niño Ceasar Gonzales. Messages of Appreciation and Encouragement, Mr. Jake C. Ontuca, and the Awarding of Certificates of Completion to the 4th year BSBA students marking a significant milestone in their academic journey.

The activity was facilitated by the 𝐁𝐒𝐁𝐀 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 and the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐍𝐢ñ𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐀. 𝐆𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬, who also served as the Resource Speaker. The activity was conducted in four phases: Rapport-Building Session, Knowledge-Building Session, Team-Building Session, and Reflective Learning Session.

The BSBA Department is honored and truly thankful to be invited to be part of this meaningful gathering. We extend our sincere appreciation to the Basic Education Department for the trust and opportunity to share insights, collaborate, and contribute to the formation of reflective and responsible student leaders.
