The 5th Dexter Uy Paralympics 2025 Concludes with Great Success
The 5th Dexter Uy Paralympics 2025 concluded last night, marking another successful celebration of athleticism, determination, and inclusivity. This inspiring event showcased the incredible sporting talents of persons with disabilities (PWDs), breaking barriers and highlighting their hidden skills and potential.
Spearheaded by the Honorable Mayor Dexter Uy of Catbalogan City, the event was managed efficiently by Mr. Bernard Dante, the PDAO (Persons with Disability Affairs Office) in-charge, along with his dedicated staff. Their commitment ensured the smooth and meaningful ex*****on of the activities.
This yearβs Paralympics was held in strong partnership with Samar State University, represented by Dr. Randy Pacadaljen, Director of the Sports Development Program. Together with his selected coaching staff, they facilitated a wide range of sporting events that empowered and inspired both participants and spectators.
The Paralympics continues to serve as a platform for inclusivity and excellence, promoting equal opportunities in sports and building a more compassionate and empowered community
