Earlier today, the University Student Council election process reached another important milestone with the successful conduct of the miting de avance, facilitated by the COMELEC of Samar State University - Mercedes Campus. This event provided a platform for our candidates to present their platforms, advocacies, and vision for the student body, while also giving the electorate an avenue to listen, reflect, and make informed choices.
