Yesterday, September 3, 2023, the DORSU-CEC ROTCU conducted its third day of initial formation along with the advanced ROTC officers.

The platoon leaders diligently counted off their men at exactly 0800H and verified attendance as they organized the formation of the ROTC cadets. Afterwards, the basic cadets and cadettes commenced class officer election and have an overview to pass and review facing as we are anticipating to build a snappy foundation in every sunday formation. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡­

Look how obedient our DORSU-CEC ROTC Cadets and Cadettes!

After the accounting of basic cadets and teaching of basic facing, the ROTC officers conducted a clean up drive in the preparation for BUWAN NG WIKA on this coming August 31, 2023 with the guidance of our CORPS COMNANDER, CDT LtCol Jay Mark S Amoguis 1CL, associated with the SOCIO-COORDINATOR, Ms. Cecille R. Dumagat and the ASSOCIATE-COORDINATOR, Ms. Crezel Jane F. Moreno.

The ROTC Officers and the basic cadets actively participated and followed the instructions given to attain the anticipated outcome when it comes to clean surroundings and organized stage backdrops.

In this activity, we can see the unity and cooperation of everybody, effectively taking up thier responsibilities and duties as associated assistants for the expecting big event to happen. The activity was successfully ended with a satisfying results.β˜ΊοΈπŸ’—

LOOK || 2ND DAY INITIAL FORMATION

On this 27 August, 2023, the DORSU-CEC ROTCU conducted the 2nd day of initial formation with the supervision of SGT NEIL JAVE TOROBA (RES) PA, along with
CDT LtCol Jay Mark S Amoguis and the other Advanced ROTC Officers, 1st CL & 2nd CL.

The platoon leaders organize the formation of the ROTC basic cadets as they strictly counted off their men and checked the attendance, as it is important for the presence of the cadets on every ROTC formation. This ensures that all cadets are monitored always.

The basic cadets were taught of the basic facing, hankee folding as it is the beginning of the challenge to hone their attention and master the basic commands in formation. Learning these aspects are essential part as being cadets as this help them to develop discipline. We are anticipating that mastering these early on will lay a strong foundation in the next formation.

Waving to the beat of being a fighter, the ROTC OFFICERS, ARAPT 41-42 and ARAPT 31-32 cadets have undergone the battle drills with unwavering determination and a commitment to excellence. These young men and women have undergone rigorous training, pushing their limits to prepare for any challenge that may come their way.

From the crack of dawn to the setting sun, these future leaders have honed their skills in the art of combat, demonstrating their resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity. They've learned to navigate complex terrains, communicate seamlessly under pressure, and execute tactical maneuvers with precision.

On this day, August 20, 2023, the DORSU-CATEEL EXTENSION CAMPUS ROTC Unit conducted its first general Sunday formation and information drive. At exactly 0730H, an accounting of basic cadets and cadettes was conducted with the newly graduates of ARAPT 41-42 and ARAPT 31-32.

After the accounting, they proceed to formal introduction of Cadet Officers and giving of the classroom rules and regulations, as well as the basic and proper comunication and addresses discussed by CDT LtCol Jay Mark S Amoguis 1CL. Thus, the cadets have learned the basics of proper communication and addreses. In addition, the basic cadets and cadettes were given a short briefing of salute, formation and formal respect to their upper classes and other important aspects that they must learn and mastered.
At exactly 1200H, the activity was successfully completed under the supervision of SGT NELGIEB O TOROBA (RES) PA.
