Greetings!

The Office of the President would like to formally inform all students and concerned parties that enrollment for the Second Semester is currently ongoing. Students are advised that clearance must be fully settled prior to enrollment.

Please be guided by the following enrollment schedules:

As you begin your ship familiarization, welcome to your first real step toward becoming a Marine Engineer. This is not just about walking around the engine room or learning the ship's layout - ito ay paghahanda sa totoong buhay-dagat.

Sa bawat makina na makikita mo, sa bawat tunog at amoy ng engine room, tandaan: dito hinuhubog ang disiplina, responsibilidad, at tibay ng loob ng isang marine engineer. Hindi madali ang trabaho, pero ang bawat pawis at pagod ay bahagi ng pangarap.

Magdala ng sipag, respeto, at pagiging alerto dahil sa barko, safety always comes first. Makinig, magtanong, at matutong makisama. Walang maliit na gawain sa barko, lahat mahalaga. Kung minsan mapapagod ka, kung minsan mamimiss mo ang pamilya - pero tandaan, ang bawat araw ng ship familiarization ay hakbang palapit sa pagiging ganap na marine engineer.

Learn with purpose, work with discipline, and sail with determination.

Please be informed that clearance signing will not be accommodated on January 5, 2026, as Second Semester classes begin on this date.

The last day of enrollment is December 29, 2025. Students are responsible for completing their clearance and enrollment before classes start.

Clearance requests will not be accepted once the semester begins, except for students with valid reasons who submit a formal letter of explanation.

Executive Order on the Suspension of Onsite Classes in All Public & Private Schools in all Level and the Immediate Adoption of Alternative Delivery Modes in Response to the Current Weather Condition Affecting Cauayan city.

face-to-face classes and office works are suspended today, November 26, 2025.

Effective tomorrow, the use of Ordinary will be formally permitted. All students are reminded to strictly wear their official school ID at all times while inside campus premises.

In addition, the clearance processing for COSAS countersigning will also commence at the SSC Office starting tomorrow.

In consideration of everyone's well-being and to provide time for rest, reflection, and recovery, ICAT will observe an 𝑨𝑪𝑨𝑫𝑬𝑴𝑰𝑪 𝑯𝑬𝑨𝑳𝑻𝑯 𝑩𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑲 As per Internal Communication No. 12 from the OIC, Office of the President on October 30, 2025.

During this period, 𝐧𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 shall be conducted. this initiative aims to promote mental health wellness and give your academic community the opportunity to recharge before resuming regular schedule.
