3. Go to Student Information → Login Credentials.
4. Take note of your CvSU email credentials.
5. Try logging in to your CvSU email account.
6. If you still cannot access your account, please report the issue to the MIS Office.

TES GRANT DISTRIBUTION – CvSU CAVITE CITY CAMPUS

Good day, TES Grantees of Cavite State University – Cavite City Campus!

Please be informed that the distribution of TES grants for the following batches and semesters will be held on:

📅 Date: September 10, 2026
📍 Venue:Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS), CvSU – Cavite City Campus

The distribution will be facilitated by the Campus Cashier, with the assistance of the OSAS Staff.

🕘 DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE

**Morning Session:**
⏰ **9:00 AM – 11:00 AM**

**Afternoon Session:**

All concerned grantees are **strongly advised to check the official Google link/list posted by the Scholarship Office** and verify:

* Your name;
* Your TES batch;
* The semester covered; and
* The grant for which you are scheduled to receive payment.

**Please make sure that your name is included in the posted list before proceeding to the OSAS for the distribution.**

Please check the official Google list carefully and verify which semester(s) your name appears under**.

📌 If your name appears ONLY under TES Batch 13.1 – 1st Semester, AY 2024–2025:

Please bring:

✅ **Two (2) photocopies of one (1) valid ID**
✅ Each photocopy must contain **three (3) specimen signatures**
✅ All specimen signatures must be signed using a **BLUE ballpoint pen**

📌 If your name appears under BOTH TES Batch 13.1 – 1st Semester AND 2nd Semester, AY 2024–2025:

Please bring:

✅ Three (3) photocopies of one (1) valid ID
✅ Each photocopy must contain three (3) specimen signatures
✅ All specimen signatures must be signed using a BLUE ballpoint pen

📝 REQUIREMENTS FOR TES BATCH 15 – 1st SEMESTER, AY 2024–2025

Please bring:

✅ Two (2) photocopies of one (1) valid ID
✅ Each photocopy must contain three (3) specimen signatures
