Please ensure that all information provided is COMPLETE and ACCURATE to avoid delays in processing your request.

Announcement for Incoming First-Year Students

We warmly welcome all applicants who will take the Admission Examination at Cavite State University – Cavite City Campus.

For your guidance, please refer to the location map provided. This will help you easily locate the examination venue.

For the Admission Examination Instructions and Reminders, kindly review the official guidelines indicated in your Examination Permit, which is downloadable through your Admission Portal. Please do not forget to print your Examination Permit, read the instructions carefully, and strictly follow all requirements and policies.

ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to inform you that the Admission Portal is now accessible.

Applicants who were unable to complete the validation of requirements last Tuesday and Wednesday may now proceed to the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) for validation.

Please be guided by the following schedule:
Last day of validation: Thursday, May 7, 2026
Additional validation days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (May 4, 6, and 7)
Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: Academic Requirements - 2 years excluding Thesis writing and completion

Admission Requirements:

(Partial) Admission into the program is in accordance with BOR Res. No. 41, s. 2000. Applicants must submit the following to the Campus Administrator’s Office, Cavite State University–Cavite City Campus:

Duly accomplished application form for admission and three (3) copies of passport size pictures;
Original or authenticated official transcript of records bearing the official seal(s) of the school(s) attended;

Two (2) sealed letters of recommendation from former professor/s and/or immediate supervisor/s which may be personally delivered to the Campus Administrators Office, Cavite State University-Cavite City Campus;

Non-refundable application fee of P150.00

CvSU - CCC will conduct ID Making tomorrow February 20 (Friday) starting at 9:00 AM at the Library Extension.

Please be informed that only the first 100 students will be accommodated. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kindly arrive early and follow proper queueing procedures.

The CVSU CCC ID Google Form is now accessible. For students who have not yet responded, the form is now available for registration.


📌 Steps for ID Making:
1️⃣ Fill out the Google Form with your correct details, use cvsu email.

3️⃣ Submit a copy of your e-signature with white background in the google form and follow the file name format
4️⃣ Proceed to Library Extension for ID Making. Only first 50 students per day will be created.
