Cavite State University students who are Cavite residents may now prepare to apply for the Provincial Scholarship Program (PSP) of the Province of Cavite.

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDER!
πŸ“… APPLICATION WILL START ON SEPTEMBER 23, 2026!

The PSP Application Period will be:
September 23 – October 21, 2026

Students are advised to prepare the required documents in advance so that they will be ready once the application officially opens.

πŸ“‹ PSP APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Please prepare the following:
1. PSP Application Form
πŸ“Œ The PSP Application Form will be released starting September 23, 2026.

Applicants may secure and accomplish the official application form once the application period officially begins.
2. Applicant's Personal Letter

A personal letter addressed to:
HON. FRANCISCO GABRIEL β€œABENG” D. REMULLA
Governor, Province of Cavite

3. Photocopy of Validated Registration Form
β€’ 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027
4. For Old/Continuing Students:
β€’ Original or Certified True Copy (CTC) of Certificate of Grades (COG) 2nd Semester, AY 2025–2026
4. For 1st Year Students:
β€’ Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card or Form 137
β€’ Back-to-back photocopy

5. Original Barangay Clearance OR Barangay Certificate of Indigency
The document must:
βœ… Be under the name of the student
βœ… Indicate the purpose as β€œFor Educational Assistance” or β€œFor Scholarship Purposes”
βœ… Be signed by the Barangay Captain
βœ… Have the Barangay Dry Seal
βœ… Have the student's signature, if available

6. Photocopy of School ID or Valid Government-Issued ID
β€’ Include 3 specimen signatures of the applicant.
⚠️ ID REMINDERS:
❌ Voter's ID is NOT allowed
❌ Police Clearance is NOT allowed
βœ… Grade 12 ID is allowed for 1st Year Students if the student does not have another valid ID.

π€πππŽπ”ππ‚π„πŒπ„ππ“ : Cavite State University–Cavite City Campus (CvSU-CCC) will hold its orientation for new students including transferees at the Unlad Building Auditorium from August 24 to 26, Monday to Wednesday.

The orientation will take place over three designated days, with different programs assigned specific dates and times for attendance, as follows:

πƒπ€π˜ 1
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management
(Sections 1A–1F) β€” AM session
(Sections 1G–1L) β€” PM session

πƒπ€π˜ 2
AM β€” Bachelor of Education majors in Mathematics, English, and Early Childhood Education
PM β€” Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

πƒπ€π˜ 3
AM β€” Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Sections 1A–1D)
PM β€” Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Sections 1E–1F) and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

Students are expected to attend on the exact date and time assigned to their respective programs and should bring their registration form and temporary ID.

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) announces the Scholarship Payout for qualified college scholars residing in Cavite City.

This payout is intended for:

Scholars who were unable to claim their scholarship during the payout held on June 18, 2026, at the CCAT Campus; and
Scholars with unclaimed scholarship grants.

⚠️ LAST CHANCE TO CLAIM YOUR SCHOLARSHIP!

This will be the final opportunity to claim your scholarship grant. Scholars who fail to claim their scholarship during this payout may no longer be able to receive their grant.
