📢 ADVISORY FOR GRADUATES
🎓 SEPTEMBER 2026 GRADUATION

For honor graduates during the Second Semester, AY 2025–2026, you may start requesting your Certificate of Latin Honors on 7 October 2026. This certificate may be used as a supporting document for your PD 907 (Honor Graduate Eligibility) application with the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

📌 The List of Honor Graduates has been successfully transmitted to the CSC Regional Office IV.

For all graduates of the September 2026 Graduation, the tentative release of diplomas is on 12 November 2026.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER: Before the release of the Diploma and Certificate of Latin Honors, graduates must ensure that their Exit Clearance has been successfully completed.

Please wait for the official announcement from the Office of the Campus Registrar regarding the specific release procedures and requirements.

From 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we celebrate 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, culminating in 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗗𝗮𝘆 & 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟱.

On September 30, 2026, the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗦), successfully conducted the 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the Conference Room, AquaBEST Building. The activity brought together our student leaders for a day of learning, sharing, and developing skills in peer facilitation and financial literacy.

The OSAS, under the leadership of our Director, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗶𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗘. 𝗔𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗼, sincerely thanks our speakers, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗠. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇, Guidance Counselor of CvSU Main Campus, and 𝗠𝗿.
