The Office of the Campus Registrar invites all candidates for graduation to attend the 𝓔𝓬𝓾𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓵 𝓣𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓴𝓼𝓰𝓲𝓿𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓢𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮 as part of the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀.

In light of the announcement on the suspension of classes, as posted by Mayor Rommel Magbitang Official page, the Central Student Government of Cavite State University – Naic Campus reminds everyone to prioritize safety and remain vigilant during these uncertain weather conditions.

All levels in both public and private schools are advised to shift to online or modular classes. Please stay indoors whenever possible, avoid unnecessary travel, and keep yourselves updated through official announcements and trusted sources.

𝟏. 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲
Students from households included in the latest 𝐃𝐒𝐖𝐃 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧 or any recognized beneficiary-targeting system, enrolled in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs), or Private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), including Private HEIs in cities and municipalities without SUCs or LUCs (PNSL), ranked according to household per capita income.

𝟐. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲
Students from other economically disadvantaged households, including beneficiaries of the 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝟒𝐏𝐬), based on the list provided by the DSWD, ranked according to household per capita income across all SUCs, LUCs, and Private HEIs, including PNSL.

𝟑. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲
Subject to the availability of remaining slots, other low-income students enrolled in Private HEIs located in cities or municipalities without SUCs or LUCs (PNSL) who are not covered under the first two priority categories.

𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 ❤️

The 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 – 𝗡𝗮𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 successfully conducted the 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the AquaBEST Building, welcoming our incoming first-year students and transferees as they embark on a new chapter of their academic journey.

The orientation was led by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗖. 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮, 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱, and aimed to provide students with essential information about the policies, rules, regulations, guidelines, programs, and services of Cavite State University- Naic. The activity also introduced the university officials and personnel who play vital roles in supporting and guiding students throughout their stay at the university.

More than an introduction to university policies, the orientation served as an important avenue for students to understand their rights, responsibilities, and roles as members of the Cavite State University- Naic community. It also encouraged them to become more informed, responsible, and engaged members of the university.

As our new students begin their journey at Cavite State University- Naic, may this orientation serve as a strong foundation for a meaningful, productive, and successful academic experience.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: EXTENSION OF DEADLINES

The Office of the Campus Registrar informs all concerned students that the deadlines for the filing of the Leave of Absence (LOA) and Letter of Intent to Shift for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027 have been extended until 27 August 2026.

📅 27 August 2026 (Thursday)
Last Day for Filing of:

Leave of Absence (LOA) – for all concerned students
Letter of Intent to Shift – applicable only to Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) students who failed the SATT and intend to shift to another degree program

The extension is being granted in view of the recent cancellation of classes, which affected the regular schedule of academic and administrative transactions.

📌 All concerned students are advised to submit their respective documents and requirements on or before 27 August 2026 to allow sufficient time for processing.

⚠️ Requests submitted beyond the prescribed deadline may no longer be accommodated.
