22 MARCH 2026 | KROTCU 10TH TRAINING DAY

The training day commenced at 0630H with the conduct of Reveille, led by CDT 1LT Kline Ace Delfin 2CL, to establish discipline and order. Following the drawing of rifles at 0710H, the unit proceeded to the parade ground for a formal inspection at 0745H to ensure readiness and uniform compliance.

At 0800H, official training began with Alpha 2nd and Bravo 1st performing company drills, while Alpha 1st, Bravo 2nd, and Colors conducted rifle training. Simultaneously, the Medic unit underwent "Safe for Life" instruction. Training resumed at 0905H after a brief break, with Alpha 1st transitioning to Small Unit Tactics (SUT) and the Medic unit proceeding to rappelling exercises at 1020H. A mandatory rest period was observed at 1100H to allow cadets to recuperate for the afternoon session.

Following "One Worship" from 1330H to 1430H, specialized training resumed at 1445H. This included standard rifle training, continued SUT, lectures for Bravo 2nd, and further rappelling for the Medics. At 1600H, the unit performed a Pass and Review led by CDT LTCOL James Harry Necesario, 1st CL Battalion Commander. The training day concluded with the surrender of rifles at 1715H, followed by the official dismissal of all cadets at 1730H.

Donning of Ranks Ceremony | KCCF ROTC Unit

The Kurios Christian Colleges Foundation ROTC Unit proudly conducted the Donning of Ranks Ceremony for the newly promoted ROTC Cadet Officers, recognizing their dedication, discipline, and commitment to leadership and service.

The event was graced by our Commandant and School President, PMGEN Delfin C. Genio Jr. (Ret.), MNSA, CESO V, whose leadership and support continue to guide the development of the ROTC program. Also present as our Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker was COL Roberto Q. Beatisula Jr., INF (GSC) PA, Commander of the Provincial Task Force–Cavite, who shared inspiring words and encouragement to the cadets as future leaders and defenders of the nation.

The ceremony featured the entrance of the Corps of Cadets and the Kurios ROTC Band, the exhibition of Manual of Arms, the formal Donning of Ranks of the newly promoted Cadet Officers, Trooping the Line, and the Pass-in-Review—traditions that symbolize honor, discipline, and military excellence.

This milestone marks a new chapter for the cadets who have earned their ranks, reminding them that leadership comes with greater responsibility to serve with integrity, courage, and commitment.

The day commenced with the formation for Reveille at 0630H led by CDT 2LT RONSON I SAPALASAN 2CL, which concluded at 0710H, establishing discipline and order among the cadets. Rifles were drawn at 0731H, followed by the unit’s movement to the parade ground at 0750H. A formation for inspection at 0825H ensured proper uniformity and readiness, after which the practice of the ceremonial parade at 0840H was conducted.

At 0920H, cadets engaged in the practice of SUT and company drills. A break time at 1000H was observed, and training resumed at 1015H. The lunch break at 1125H allowed cadets to rest and regain energy. In the afternoon, One Worship was held from 1328H to 1430H, fostering spiritual reflection and unity.

The practice of donning began at 1440H, followed by the formation for the speech of the Sir General at 1630H. The unit then returned to school and surrendered rifles at 1710H, and the day formally concluded with the dismissal of cadets at 1730H.

The unit then proceeded to the parade ground at 0800H, maintaining order and coordination throughout the movement. An inspection was conducted at 0820H to ensure uniformity, cleanliness, and readiness, followed by a ceremonial parade at 0840H that emphasized precision, teamwork, and drill discipline.

At 0900H, cadets participated in SUT, enhancing their skills and preparedness, before observing a break time at 0930H. Training activities resumed at 1000H, allowing cadets to continue structured instruction. Lunch was held at 1140H, giving cadets adequate time to rest and regain energy. One Worship took place at 1320H, fostering spiritual reflection and unity among the corps.

The day officially began with Reveille at 0630H led by CDT 2LT RONSON SAPALASAN 2CL, setting a disciplined tone for all cadets. Reveille ended at 0725H, followed by formation, rifle drawing, and movement to the KCCF parade ground at 0750H. An inspection was conducted at 0815H, ensuring proper appearance and readiness, after which cadets engaged in ceremonial parade practice at 0830H to develop coordination, precision, and teamwork.

A short break was observed at 0930H, and training resumed at 1000H. Cadets were given time to rest during the lunch break at 1130H, allowing them to regain strength for afternoon activities. At 1220H, cadets participated in M16 familiarization, reinforcing discipline and proper handling. This was followed by One Worship at 1315H, which concluded at 1410H, promoting spiritual growth and unity.

Training continued with another ceremonial parade practice at 1420H, further sharpening drill skills. At 1600H, cadets formed for the speech of the Sir General, gaining motivation and valuable insights. Cadets returned to school at 1640H, drew rifles at 1700H, and were dismissed at 1730H, marking the end of a full and productive day focused on discipline, faith, and leadership development.
