| In compliance with the directive of the Cebu City Mayor, all employees will adopt a work-from-home (WFH) arrangement on September 4–5, 2026.

Accordingly, onsite office transactions will be suspended during this period.

Please be informed that the Accounting Office at the USJ-R Basak Campus will suspend on-site operations from September 3, 2026, through September 12, 2026. This temporary closure is in accordance with the Supreme Court's designation of the Basak Campus as an exclusive venue for the upcoming Bar Examinations, restricting access solely to authorized personnel and examinees. Regular office operations will resume on September 14, 2026.

During this period, all accounting transactions may still be conducted online or in person at the Main Campus Accounting Office.

| The University of San Jose–Recoletos (USJ-R) Basak Campus has been designated by the Supreme Court as one of the official sites for the upcoming Bar Examinations.

Classes under the Basic Education and School of Education will shift to online learning during the designated period. Please take note of and be guided by the following schedules.

Classes and work are suspended starting at 3:00 PM today, September 2, 2026.

Tomorrow, September 3, 2026, classes will shift to online modality, while employees will adopt a work-from-home (WFH) arrangement.

All scheduled activities for September 2 and 3, 2026 are cancelled.

All students, faculty, and staff are advised to stay safe, remain indoors when possible, and take the necessary precautions.

Please be guided accordingly.
