Cash discount for college and law students for Summer 2025-2026.

Save 2% on tuition fees when you pay in full over-the-counter on or before June 13, 2026. Cash basis only.

Discount is applied at the end of the term.

| Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No.1264 and in observance of Eid al-Adha:

There will be no work and office transactions on May 27, 2026 (Wednesday).
Office transactions will resume on May 28, 2026 (Thursday).

| Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 1239, s. 2026:

•All classes and work are suspended starting at 12:00 PM on May 6, 2026.
•Scheduled onsite student activities in the afternoon on May 6, 2026, will proceed as usual.
•There will be no work and classes on May 7-8,2026.
•Classes and work on May 9, 2026, will resume as usual.

The University of San Jose–Recoletos Basak Campus will serve as the venue for the launch of Project PEPA: Patuloy na Edukasyon, Patuloy na Pag-ahon, showcasing its strong involvement in promoting the initiative through an information caravan.

In connection with this, please be informed that onsite services will be temporarily unavailable tomorrow, April 30, 2026 (Thursday).

All are advised to make their payment transactions at the Main Campus Accounting Office or via the SIS portal.

Regular onsite services will resume on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN.

| In line with current circumstances, the University shall observe a 4-day class and work schedule, effective April 13, 2026, and until further notice.

All concerned are enjoined to be guided accordingly and to refer to the complete advisory for specific provisions.

| In observance of the 2026 Holy Week, please be advised of the following schedules:

1. Classes on March 30 - 31, 2026 will be transitioned to asynchronous.
2. All employees are required to attend the “Adlaw sa Pagpamalandong” on March 30, 2026.
3. Employees will follow a WFH arrangement on March 31, 2026.
4. Physical classes and office transactions will resume on April 6, 2026.

| In light of the scheduled transport strike on March 27, 2026 (Friday), please be guided by the following:

1. Classes will shift to synchronous mode.
2. Classes in the Graduate School, School of Law, ETEEAP, CPA-Review and RITTC will be at the discretion of their respective Deans and Directors.
3. Employees will follow Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement.
4. Admission testing (Elementary to College) is suspended on March 27, 2026 and will resume on March 28, 2026.
5. School of Business and Management (SBM) and Junior High School (JHS) program of activities shall continue as scheduled.
