The Computer Studies Society (CSS) successfully conducted its Ninth Regular Meeting on May 14, 2026, at Room 202, 2nd Floor, Molave Building.

Voting Time: 8:00 AM โ€“ 8:00 PM, April 20, 2026
Voting Venue: Room M202 (Professor Pabroa's room)

๐Ÿ“Œ Guidelines:
1. Voting System

โ€ข Voting will follow a First-Come, First-Served basis.
โ€ข Official Android devices will be provided for voting.
โ€ข Voters will be guided to the available device in order of arrival.

2. Voter Verification

โ€ข Voters must enter their Student ID in the system for verification.
โ€ข Only officially enrolled students for the current semester are eligible to vote.

3. One Vote Policy

โ€ข Each student is allowed to vote only once.
โ€ข Multiple voting attempts are strictly prohibited.

4. Voting Procedure

โ€ข Carefully review your selected candidates before submitting your vote.
โ€ข After voting, a vote summary receipt will be generated.
โ€ข The admin will print your vote summary using a thermal printer.
โ€ข Voters must sign their printed vote summary.
โ€ข After signing, the receipt must be dropped into the designated ballot box.

5. Confidentiality

โ€ข Voting is strictly private and confidential.
โ€ข Voters are not allowed to be accompanied by anyone during the voting process.

6. Conduct During Voting

โ€ข Maintain proper behavior and follow instructions at all times.
โ€ข Any form of disruption or misconduct will not be tolerated.

7. Waiting Protocol

โ€ข Stay in the designated waiting area until called.
โ€ข Do not approach the voting area unless instructed.
โ€ข Wait for your printed receipt before leaving the voting area.

8. Results

โ€ข Official results will be announced by the COMELEC after the canvassing of votes.
