2ND MILITARY INSTRUCTION | 20 SEPTEMBER 2026

The CTU Dumanjug ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 2nd Military Instruction on 20 September 2026. The activity commenced with the inspection of officers from 0640H to 0700H, followed by the cadets’ call time from 0700H to 0730H and attendance from 0730H to 0800H. From 0800H to 0850H, the cadets underwent the ex*****on of basic drills and commands, including Harap-Harapan, Tikas Pahinga, Tuluyang Bilang, Tuntun sa Kanan, Lakad-Lakaran, Liko-Likoan, Proper Reporting, and Proper Entering of the Rank. This was followed by the completion of registration forms from 0850H to 0920H and the conduct of NSTP Module 3: Citizenship, facilitated by Mr. Felisimo Ytang, from 0920H to 0950H. Attendance for the dismissal of cadets was conducted from 1130H to 1200H.

At 1230H to 1300H, MAJ IBARRA S. CAÑETE (OS) PA visited the CTU Dumanjug ROTC Unit to inspect and assess the current status of the Corps of Officers and Staff (COR and Staff), the cadets, and other matters concerning the unit. He also conducted a meeting with the unit personnel to gain a better understanding of the unit’s current situation, identify its needs and concerns, and discuss matters relevant to its continued development and effective administration.

The CTU Dumanjug ROTC Unit likewise acknowledges the presence and support of our ROTC Coordinator, SGT VANDYKE S. GULTIANO PA (Res); SGT ELISEO G. RAPANA PA (Res), Tactical NCO; and our GMA’s, whose guidance, assistance, and continued support contribute to the effective conduct of our training and activities.

The successful conduct of the 2nd Military Instruction reflects the CTU Dumanjug ROTC Unit’s continuing commitment to developing cadets who uphold discipline, leadership, responsibility, military bearing, and dedication to service. Through consistent training, instruction, and guidance, the unit continues to strengthen its foundation in preparing responsible and capable future leaders committed to serving the community and the nation. 🇵🇭

1st MILITARY INSTRUCTION | C.Y 2026-2027

The CTU Dumanjug ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 1st Military Instruction of FIRST SEMESTER on 13 September 2026. The activity focused on military discipline, basic drills and commands, citizenship, and the standards of conduct expected of a soldier. The activity commenced with the inspection of officers from 0640H to 0700H, followed by the cadets’ attendance from 0730H to 0810H. From 0810H to 0920H, the cadets performed various basic drills and commands, including Harap-Harapan, Tikas-Pahinga, Tuluyang Bilang, Tuntun sa Kanan, Lakad-Lakaran, Liko-Likoan, Proper Reporting, and Proper Entering of the Rank. From 0920H to 0950H, the cadets participated in NSTP Module 3: Citizenship, with Mr. Felisimo Ytang serving as the speaker. The activity continued with lectures from 1010H to 1130H, covering the Code of Citizenship, delivered by Pvt. Reynard S. Nacilla, PA (Res), and the Standards of Conduct of a Soldier, delivered by C/CPT Jonalyn Cañete 1CL. The activity provided the cadets with valuable knowledge and practical training in military discipline, proper formation and reporting procedures, citizenship, and the professional conduct expected of future members of the Armed Forces. The successful conduct of the activity contributed to the development of the cadets’ discipline, leadership, responsibility, and sense of duty. The activity concluded with the dismissal of the cadets at 1200H.

🇵🇭 CTU DUMANJUG ROTC UNIT | 2ND NSTP FORMATION

On eptember 6, 2026, the CTU Dumanjug conducted its 2nd NSTP Formation for Academic Year 2026–2027, bringing together the cadets and NSTP participants for another day of learning, discipline, and service.

The activity aimed to strengthen the cadets’ understanding of their responsibilities under the National Service Training Program (NSTP) and to encourage active participation in activities that contribute to the university and community.

Sgt. Vandyke S. Gultiano, PA (Res) discussed the modules and topics under ROTC (Reserve Officers’ Training Corps) and CWTS (Civic Welfare Training Service), providing the cadets with important knowledge about their roles and responsibilities.

During the event, the Unit also acknowledged the presence of GMA's, whose participation added significance to the activity.

After the discussion, the cadets actively participated in a campus-wide clean-up drive, demonstrating teamwork, discipline, responsibility, and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly campus.

Through this activity, the CTU Dumanjug ROTC Unit continues to uphold the values of discipline, leadership, camaraderie, and service. 🫡🇵🇭
