The Design Program shares its beginnings with the Fine Arts Program, which was established in ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿต๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฑ as the ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—™๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐—”๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜€ ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—น ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฎโ€”founded with the support of National Artist Jose T.
