Executive Order No. 02, Series of 2026โ2027, marks a significant step toward strengthening the financial management system of the Southwestern University PHINMA Senior High School Student Body Organization.
Through the establishment of the Treasury Committee, the Student Body Organization aims to provide additional support to the Office of the SBO Treasurer in managing financial responsibilities through proper delegation, documentation, monitoring, and coordination of treasury-related operations.
The Treasury Committee shall serve as the official support body of the SBO Treasurer and shall follow a structured system composed of:
โข Head (SBO Treasurer) โ responsible for the overall supervision, direction, and accountability of the committee;
โข Assistant Head โ responsible for assisting in committee coordination, monitoring, and implementation of assigned treasury functions;
โข Treasury Associates โ responsible for assisting in financial documentation, record organization, canvassing, procurement support, monitoring of financial requirements, and other treasury-related responsibilities.
By establishing the Treasury Committee, the SWU PHINMA SHS Student Body Organization reinforces its commitment to transparent financial practices, responsible management of student resources, and efficient organizational operations while maintaining the independent oversight functions of the Commission on Audit.
