| Due to the hazardous air quality:

• Classes will remain online on September 4–5, 2026.
• Employees will resume onsite work on September 4, 2026 (Friday).
• In consideration of rotational brownouts, faculty members are encouraged to exercise leniency in the submission of course-related activities.
• Classes in the Graduate School, School of Law, ETEEAP, CPA Review, and RITTC shall be at the discretion of their respective Deans and Directors.

Onsite classes at the Main Campus and Quad Bldg. will resume on September 7, 2026 (Monday).

| In accordance with the Cebu City Mayor’s Public Advisory:

Classes and work are suspended starting at 3:00 PM today, September 2, 2026.

Tomorrow, September 3, 2026, classes will shift to online modality, while employees will adopt a work-from-home (WFH) arrangement.

All scheduled activities for September 2 and 3, 2026 are cancelled.

All students, faculty, and staff are advised to stay safe, remain indoors when possible, and take the necessary precautions.

Please be guided accordingly.

As we celebrate the Solemnity of St. Augustine, we are reminded of his profound journey in search of truth, happiness, and fulfillment. In his pursuit of worldly pleasures, success, and knowledge, he eventually discovered that nothing in this world could truly satisfy the deepest longing of his heart.
