CALLING ALL ETEEAP RETURNING STUDENTS ๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ฃ
๐ In order for you to continue enrolling with your degree program, please follow the Step-by-Step Re-enrollment Guide:
1. Kindly coordinate with the ETEEAP Office by sending an email, with the subject line duly indicated as [FOR REENROLLMENT-FULL NAME-DEGREE PROGRAM]
2. Please wait for the ETEEAP Office to respond with the necessary instructions, as we will retrieve and identify the specific modules you need to re-enroll in. Please note that ETEEAP enrollment is typically a one-time process; thus, re-enrollment is necessary should you fail to complete the requirements within the prior school year.
3. Once your updated Modular Learning Package (MLP) is ready, you will then be notified of your status and the corresponding fees you need to pay.

Please proceed to the ETEEAP Office first, as we will provide you with a re-enrollment form to be accomplished. Upon completion, you may proceed to the Accounting Office to settle the re-enrollment fee.

SIS Portal
You can pay via the student portal (edp.usjr.edu.ph) and click the "Accounts" tab to proceed with the online payment.
(Kindly ensure that you secure an official receipt or a screenshot of your payment confirmation.)
4. After settling your payment at the Accounting Office, you will be added to a designated chat group created exclusively for your module. You are kindly requested to periodically check your message requests or spam folder.
5. You will then be contacted by your assigned faculty experts regarding the class schedule for your re-enrolled modules.
Please be advised that should you fail to submit the requirements or process your enrollment within the prescribed period, you will be required to re-enroll in the same subject for the next batch or school year (2027โ2028).
