Scholarship Alert!

“Promoting a culture of anti-corruption begins with supporting those willing to lead it."

USC College of Law and Department of Political Science alumnus Atty. Leonito Bacalando Jr.—the first-ever Filipino Justice Department Secretary in Micronesia—has formalized a philanthropic partnership with the University of San Carlos to establish the Atty. Bacalando Scholarship Fund.

Under the University's S-V-D StuFAP: SGL initiative, this endowment offers targeted financial assistance to exceptional USC students committed to promoting anti-corruption, transparency, and accountability in public service and the workplace. USC will manage the eligibility evaluation and vetting process.

Heads Up, Carolinians!

Continuing students may now settle their down payment for the First Semester, AY 2026–2027.

Students with an outstanding balance from the previous semester may also pay their remaining balance together with their down payment.

To help ensure a faster and more convenient enrollment experience, we highly encourage all continuing students to make their payments in advance. This will help minimize congestion at the Cashier's Office during the enrollment period on August 3–10, 2026.
