GENERAL MONTHLY MEETING (GMM) AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR EAGLE YEAR 2027โ2028
The Cebu Elite Marksman Eagles Club (CEMEC) successfully conducted its General Monthly Meeting (GMM) and Election of Officers on October 10, 2026, at Pechopak Chicken House, Mandaue City, Cebu.
The gathering served as an opportunity for the members to discuss important club matters, membership concerns, financial accountability and transparency, organizational development, and upcoming socio-civic activities in line with the spirit of brotherhood, unity, service, and responsible leadership upheld by the Fraternal Order of Eagles โ Philippine Eagles.
The highlight of the meeting was the election of officers for Eagle Year 2027โ2028, facilitated by COMELEC Commissioner ๐๐ช๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ Mark Anthony Anguay III, with the presence of CVR-7 Governor ๐๐ช๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ Epifanio โPepeโ Inoc.
CEMEC extends its sincere appreciation to the presiding election officials, attending officers, and fellow Eagles for their participation, cooperation, and commitment to the continued growth and development of the Club.
As we welcome the incoming leadership, may we continue to uphold the principles of Brotherhood, Unity, and Service, respect the organization's Constitution and By-Laws, observe established election procedures, and promote transparency, fairness, accountability, and mutual respect in all club activities.
May the newly elected officers serve with integrity, humility, dedication, and a genuine commitment to the welfare of the Club, its members, and the communities we serve.
