Barili, Cebu โ The Young Educators' Society of Cebu Technological UniversityโBarili Campus successfully held its 2nd General Assembly on March 07, 2026, at 7:39 PM. The session addressed key agenda items, namely ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ค๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฎ-๐๐๐ฌ๐จ (๐พ๐ฝ๐) and Other Matters.
The meeting was presided over by YES, Vice Governor on Education and Enrichment, Hon. Mitch Brian Daboco, and was attended by officers from ๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ผ, ๐๐๐๐๐๐, and ๐๐๐, demonstrating active participation and collective commitment to advancing student initiatives and organizational goals within the College of Education.
One of the primary agenda items during the assembly was the Constitutional Convention on the YES Constitution and By-Laws (CBL). The discussion served as an initial step toward the possible revision of the organization's governing document, which outlines the structure, policies, and responsibilities within the society.
During the session, the body opened discussions regarding the process of revising the CBL and called for volunteers who will serve as framers responsible for drafting the proposed amendments. The initiative aims to ensure that the revision process will be participatory, transparent, and reflective of the needs of the members and affiliated organizations.
The meeting also discussed the updated Membership Monetary Report, providing clarification on the allocation and utilization of the collected funds. Furthermore, the body deliberated on pending tasks and forthcoming events. The meeting likewise addressed the proposed activities of each degree program in preparation for their respective upcoming initiatives.
With no further business brought before the body, the meeting was duly adjourned at 8:53 PM. The body concluded the session by reaffirming its unwavering commitment to transparent governance and the continuous delivery of proactive and responsive services for the welfare of the student community.
