📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

All grantees are advised to open or prepare their personal LANDBANK account, as this will be used for the processing and direct crediting of your financial assistance. Direct account disbursement is the official mode of releasing TDP-TES grants.

All TDP-TES grantees are requested to visit the Scholarship Office and kindly look for Miss Jackie to submit the following documentary requirements:

📄 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

✅ Ten (10) photocopies of your validated School ID (back-to-back) printed on A4-size bond paper, with three (3) original blue-ink signatures on each copy.

✅ Three (3) photocopies of your LANDBANK account proof (ATM card, deposit slip, or account information) printed on A4-size bond paper, with three (3) original blue-ink signatures on each copy.

✅ One (1) recent 2×2 ID picture.
