Please be advised that there will be no office transactions on Fridays. Selected offices may open on Saturdays; clients are encouraged to directly inquire with the concerned units regarding their schedules.
This advisory is issued in compliance with Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, which mandates government institutions to adopt energy conservation measures, and Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 01, s. 2025 on Flexible Work Arrangements.

This schedule shall take effect on August 3, 2026, and shall remain in force until further notice, pursuant to Memorandum No. G30-262, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the Campus Director.

Another exciting scholarship opportunity has arrived! ๐ŸŒฑโœจ

The ISKOLAR NG LANDBANK PROGRAM (ILP) is now offering educational assistance to qualified and deserving students pursuing agriculture-related and other priority courses.
Through this program, LANDBANK supports scholars from agricultural provinces across the country by providing opportunities to pursue the identified eligible courses offered by State Universities and Colleges.

โœ… ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
1. Must be a resident of Cebu.
2. Must be a child or grandchild of an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB) or a small farmer or fisher registered under the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA)
3. Must have a minimum average grade of 90% or belong to the top 10% of their Senior High School graduating class.
4. Must not be receiving any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship.
5. The applicantโ€™s total annual family income must not exceed โ‚ฑ300,000.00.
