Another meaningful gathering, another step toward a stronger and more united LUNAS community.

Our August General Meeting brought our working scholars together for important discussions, updates, activities, and shared moments that strengthened our connection as one organization. It was also a time to welcome another chapter of leadership as Mary Venise Comendador was elected as our Auditor. Congratulations, Mary Venise! Your continued service and commitment to LUNAS are truly appreciated. โค๏ธ

Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend, participate, and share your ideas. Every contribution helps us move forward and become a better organization for all working scholars.

You donโ€™t have to carry it all alone. ๐Ÿ’œ

Some days feel heavier than others, and sometimes the best thing you can do is reach out. Talk to someone. Check in on a friend. Give yourself a little grace. ๐Ÿซ‚

Think of it like Cut the Rope โ€” sometimes, you donโ€™t need to hold on to every weight by yourself. โœ‚๏ธ๐Ÿชข You can cut through the ropes of silence, isolation, fear, and shame, and make room for support, connection, and hope.

This Su***de Prevention Month, letโ€™s cut through the silence and make space for honest conversations about mental health.

You matter. Your feelings matter. And your story isnโ€™t over. Thereโ€™s always another day, another chance, another level. ๐Ÿ’œ

If youโ€™re struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or a mental health professional. Asking for help is never something to be ashamed of.

Cut the silence. Break the isolation. Reach out. Stay. ๐Ÿซถ
