ANNOUNCEMENT | All undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to attend the General Orientation Program on August 14 at the Samuel MacClintock Hall and 15 at the ILS Stage.

August 14 – Undergraduate students (first-year and transferees)
August 15 – Graduate School students

The two-day orientation will provide students with essential information on university policies, academic programs, student services, and campus life as they prepare for the new academic year.

Students are encouraged to attend and participate in all scheduled sessions.

PUBLIC ADVISORY | Effective Academic Year (AY) 2026–2027, Cebu Normal University (CNU) will implement a new academic structure, introducing four colleges as part of the university's institutional restructuring.

This after CNU Board of Regents approved and reconstituted the university’s organizational structure through Board Resolution No. 15, s. 2026 dated April 23, 2026.

The four colleges offering undergraduate and graduate programs are the College of Arts (COA), College of Sciences (COS), College of Nursing (CN), and College of Teacher Education (CTE), joining the university’s existing College of Law and College of Medicine.

In line with this reorganization, the programs previously under the College of Tourism, Hospitality, and Hotel Management (CTHHM) are now under the College of Sciences (COS), while the programs previously under the College of Special Needs, Early Childhood Education, and Lifelong Learning (CSNECELL) are now under the College of Teacher Education (CTE).

Programs previously under the College of Public Governance, Safety, and Sustainability (CPGSS) and the College of Culture, Arts, and Sports (CCAS) have been redistributed to either the College of Arts (COA) or the College of Sciences (COS).

All clients and stakeholders are advised to direct official communications to the respective official email addresses of the four colleges.
