Junior Physics and Chemistry Society (JPACS) The duly accredited organization of Cebu Normal University Bachelor of Science in Chemistry-Physics students. The first governor of the organization was Ms.

The foundation of this organization was made to unite and strengthen the camaraderie of the Chemistry and Physics students regardless of their small population. The previous organization was Junior Physics Society (JPS). Kaye Ann Jeli Rago and the first adviser was Prof. Allan Roy B. Elnar- the Chair of the Chemistry and Physics Department that time.
