The University of the Visayas Kinetics Club was founded in 1997 as a very good avenue for the students with skills and talents not only in dancing but in other fields, of Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health. The original members of the organization were Education students whose field of specialization is MAPEH, but because these students were exposed to various activities in the University
during cultural and athletics program and competition, there are lots of students from different courses were registered from this organization. Since the purpose of this club is to help the student neither enhance nor discover their individual undiscovered talents, they were encourage to participate for whatever school activities nor affairs and trained them through leadership programs that will help them boost their managerial abilities and prepare their future endeavors as well. With God’s guidance and blessings with the help of their active advisers and cooperative and participative members, the organization has been dynamically operating for almost two decades now and still continuously promoting values of Professional Competence in Physical Education.
