Today, our students gathered for an important and timely discussion on responsible communication and behavior in the digital world. Through the School Group Chat (GC) Guidelines and Code of Ethics, presented by our School Principal, Mr. Jose Manuel C. Aguas, and the Guidance talk, โ€œThink Before You Send: Being a Responsible Digital Citizen,โ€ facilitated by our dedicated Guidance Interns, our learners were reminded that every message, comment, and post carries responsibility.

The session served as an eye-opening opportunity for our students to reflect on the importance of respect, accountability, kindness, and proper online behaviorโ€”especially in using group chats and other digital platforms.

At Saint Francis of Assisi School, we continue to guide our learners not only to become academically competent but also to become responsible, respectful, and compassionate digital citizens.

In light of recent reports of a shooting incident in a school in Zamboanga, Saint Francis of Assisi School is strengthening its vigilance and reminding everyone of the importance of our school safety and security measures.

Living up to our title, Franciscans are truly good thespians! What a wonderful showcase of creativity, teamwork, confidence, and talent as our students brought their chosen and favorite Greek myth stories to life through an exciting role-play!

Congratulations to everyone who participated and made this activity a success! ๐Ÿ‘ Your performances truly showed that learning English can be both meaningful and fun.

A little Christmas came early to Saint Francis of Assisi Schoolโ€”not wrapped in ribbons, but in two brand-new air-conditioning units generously sponsored and donated by one of our dear SFAS alumnae, whom we shall lovingly call โ€œMiss R.โ€

For transparency, Miss R has chosen to remain unnamed, humbly asking that we refer to her simply as Miss R.

Her generosity is a beautiful reminder that giving back to oneโ€™s alma mater is a way of paying forward the blessings and memories that shaped us. These two AC units will benefit our learners by providing them with a cooler, more comfortable, and conducive learning environment.

What makes this gift even more special is the spirit behind it: a Franciscan giving back so that the next generation of learners may continue to grow, learn, and thrive.
