This National Heroes Day, we pause to remember the brave men and women, known and unknown, who dedicated their lives to the freedom and nationhood we have today.

Their courage reminds us that heroism is not only found in the pages of history. It lives on in those who choose to stand for what is right, serve others, and uphold the values that build a better nation.

As the CIT-U Honor Society, we honor the heroes of the past by carrying their legacy forward. We commit ourselves to uphold truth, pursue excellence, and serve with integrity, becoming responsible citizens and future leaders in our own way.

To the heroes who fought for our freedom, we remember and honor you.

To the heroes of today, we see you and celebrate your service.

And to the heroes of tomorrow, may we be worthy of carrying the torch forward.

The CIT-U Honor Society participated in the SDG Champions Ideas Sharing Session, organized by the Social Impact Catalyst (SIC), with the theme โ€œFrom Rights to Algorithm: Designing an Inclusive Future,โ€ held on August 26, 2026, at the CE Lab, CIT University.

The session brought together discussions on the intersection of digital technology, human rights, and ethical innovation, emphasizing the importance of ensuring that technological progress remains inclusive, equitable, and people-centered.

Representatives of the Honor Society took part in the discussion, gaining valuable insights into how future leaders can contribute to building a more inclusive and responsible digital future.

Through engagements beyond the classroom, the Honor Society continues to encourage its members to learn, engage, and lead, upholding its commitment to excellence, leadership, and social responsibility. ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ–ค
