RE: Suspension of Classes due to Inclement Weather Conditions

This is to inform everyone that classes are still suspended today, Thursday, October 24, 2024 due to ongoing inclement weather conditions.

Asynchronous classes or other alternative online arrangements can still be used to conduct classes albeit at a limited capacity. Exam schedules will be adjusted accordingly based on your class schedules.

To All Continuing Students:

Enrollment guide for 1st sem 2024-2025:
1. Do not log in to your account. Select the "Enroll Button" and register as a Continuing student with your corresponding year level.
2. Pay the enrollment fee of P2,000. You may pay via online bank-to-bank transfer or Gcash to the bank details below.

Account Number: 073 2000 69673
If you are paying online please indicate the name of the student in the "REMARKS" portion.
Please send proof of payment to [email protected]. Please settle your balances for the previous semester (if applicable). Please allow 1 day for payment verification.
3. A text notification will be sent once your payment has been verified containing Enrollment account login credentials. Click on the link to log in.
4. Follow the steps below to select the subjects you want to enroll in this semester. Click "Submit".
Please note that once a subject class is full, the subject will automatically deleted from the drop-down.
5. Your subjects will then be queued for approval.
6. You can view your studyload once your subjects are approved.

If you have access to your account, you may skip and proceed to Step 4. For those who have not yet registered or paid the enrollment fee, please start at step 1. For Continuing student, please follow the enrollment schedule.

August 6 - Cebu Province Charter Day (Holiday)
August 7 - First Year Level including Transferee (All Courses)
August 8 & 9 - Second Year Level (All Courses)
August 10 & 12 - Third Year Level (All Courses)
August 13 & 14 - Fourth Year Level (All Courses)

Enrollment will be organized according to your course. Continuing students will be able to access their accounts once the schedule for their respective courses is available. On the day of your scheduled enrollment per course, please settle your enrollment fee to avoid late approval of your enrollment.

- The release of Exam Results (First Batch) will be on July 15, 2024 (Monday).
- Entrance Exam schedule for the Second Batch will be on July 17, 2024 (Wednesday).
- Entrance Exam schedule for the Third Batch will be on July 22, 2024 (Monday).
- Online Registration for Enrollment (Freshmen and Transferees Only) is on July 29, 2024 (Monday).

We are now accepting enrollees for the 2nd semester 2023-2024.

Entrance exam schedules are as follows:

First batch - January 6, 2023
Second batch - January 13, 2023

Applicants will proceed to Window 1 for the examination fee and requirements. Examination will start at 9:00 AM - 12:00 NN.

To all Aeronians!

For Continuing students:
NO UNIFORM, NO ENTRY Policy will be implemented starting next week (September 25, 2023). Wearing of proper uniform will be implemented.

For New students and Transferees:
NO UNIFORM, NO ENTRY Policy will be implemented 1 month after the start of classes (October 16, 2023).

To all AMT Students (Freshmen, Transferees, and Continuing)

The school tailor for the laboratory coverall will be in Room 102 from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. only until September 14, 2023 (Thursday).
