To our current and former Supreme Student Council officers who are candidates for Latin honors: you are living proof that service and academic excellence can walk hand in hand.

Balancing the rigorous demands of student leadership with the pursuit of top tier grades is no small feat. Yet you showed us how to do it with grace. You navigated sudden changes with remarkable flexibility, turning unexpected challenges into opportunities to support the student body. You proved that being a leader means showing up for others while conquering your own personal goals.

"𝙃𝙖𝙡𝙖, 𝙉𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙣𝙖 𝙟𝙪𝙙 𝙩𝙖!"
"𝙎𝙪𝙜𝙤𝙙 𝙣𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙚!"

Have you still remembered how those were the first words that came out of our mouths? It feels like just a moment ago we were wide eyed and new, and now here we are at the final edge of another chapter. It is a bit surreal to think about how we once spent our days familiarizing ourselves with every hallway just to endure the rush of finals, only to reach this point where we bid a short and bittersweet goodbye.

Taking that first bite feels exactly like walking back through the campus gates. It is sweet, layered, and carries that familiar comfort we have all been craving during the break. Just like a perfectly made tiramisu, our time at CNU Balamban is a blend of different flavors that somehow come together to create something unforgettable.

We know the feeling of missing a place that has become a second home. Whether you are counting down the days or just savoring the memories, remember that the best things in life are worth the wait. Following three successful readings in the Constituent Assembly, the 2026 Charter of the Cebu Normal University – Federation of Supreme Student Councils has been officially ratified on April 20, 2026, through the 2nd Federation General Assembly.

This development marks a pivotal step toward establishing a democratic, representative, and legally grounded student federation, aligned with the mandates of Republic Act (RA) 8292, or the “Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997,” and CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 7, s. of 2022, or the 2022 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 8292. The sustained participation and collaboration of student leaders across all CNU campuses remain essential in shaping a Charter that genuinely reflects and advances the collective interests of the student body.

With this ratification, the foundation is set and one that upholds accountability, amplifies student voice, and charts a stronger, unified direction for the CNU student body.

Read the full FSSC 2026 Charter through this link using your University Email. The Charter shall take effect 15 days after its publication.

As we wrap up these three incredible days, we celebrate every Normalite who brought energy and passion to the field. These brief moments have created a foundation of memories and lessons that will serve us well long after the cheers fade away. Our time together proved that while the games are temporary, the bonds formed through shared sweat and teamwork are permanent. We saw true sportsmanship in every play, reminding us that the greatest victory is the community we built side by side.

While the spirit of the game is the priority, the results of our hard work are finally in for the official standings. The 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙨 (❤️) have emerged as our 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, followed by the 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙨 (💚) as the 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙍𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙐𝙥, and the 𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙚 𝙆𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 (💙) as the 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙐𝙥. We also recognize the 𝙔𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙮𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 (💛) for their impressive performance as the 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙍𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙐𝙥. Every participant displayed remarkable dedication, and we congratulate all the teams for their stellar performances. Please take a moment to review the final awarding updates as we officially close this chapter of our university life.
