Three venues. One journey. One milestone conquered.

Yesterday, the organizations of the CNU College of Nursingโ€”CNU-Nightingale Student Council, CNU CN Tech Team, and The Viewpointโ€”together with members of the faculty, stood alongside the Batch Zamenis as they faced and conquered the Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE) 2026.

Across three different venues, we witnessed the courage, determination, and dedication of our seniors as they finally took on the examination they had prepared for through countless sleepless nights, sacrifices, and years of learning. From goodies and words of encouragement to familiar faces waiting outside, the College came together to remind them that they never had to face this journey alone.

And now, the last answer has been shaded, the final page has been turned, and another chapter of their journey has come to an end. Whatever the results may bring, you have already made it this farโ€”and that alone is something worth celebrating.

From your CNU College of Nursing family, congratulations on making it through, Batch Zamenis! May the next chapter bring you closer to the title you have worked so hard to earn.

This coming November 20, 2026 at Sarrosa International Hotel and Residential Suites, Cebu Normal University's College of Nursing hosts a convention of bright minds paired with even brighter ideas signifying an exciting moment for the nursing community: the long-awaited annual ICONs 15.

With the theme: "Translating Nursing Research into Action: Advancing Sustainable Development Goals for Global Health Equity" the conference shines a light into meaningful discussions with people standing on one unified purpose โ€” for the betterment of nursing care.

A Holy Mass was held today, August 28, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at the St. Ignatius of Loyola Chapel, Camp Sergio Osmeรฑa, for the board takers of the upcoming ๐—ฃ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐—ก๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—Ÿ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป (๐—ฃ๐—ก๐—Ÿ๐—˜) on August 29-30, 2026. The Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Mark Virgil J. Ibardolaza, Regional Chaplain of PRO 7, who offered prayers for the success of the Batch Zamenis and blessed their essential items and bags.

Following the Mass, the Batch Zamenis Seniors Tribute and Send-off 2026 was held, featuring words of encouragement and support from Dr. Joana Mariz C. Pananganan, Dean of the College of Nursing; Mrs. Josephine Lorono, PTA Level 4 President; and Mrs. Hazel Caรฑeda, as the bloc adviser.

The event also featured heartfelt tribute video greetings prepared for the seniors. The event was hosted by Mr. Fave Guelbert Suico and facilitated through the collaborative efforts of the NSC, Tech Team, and The Viewpoint, with the support of the faculty, parents, and advisers.
