The CNU Unified Comelec is an independent constitutional body created by the CNU Supreme Student Government borne out to serve the students and protect their right to suffrage. The commission's principal role is to enforce and administer all rules and regulations relative to the conduct of elections as well as settling election issues and controversies. In the pursuit of truth, the commission aims to determine the true will of the students for all government authority emanates from them.

On September 26, 2026, the ๐‚๐ž๐›๐ฎ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐ž๐-๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ง ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ welcomed its newly appointed officers and staffers following a successful recruitment season, alongside the newly elected first-year representatives from the 2026 Special Elections and student leaders from various college councils who missed the induction last May 2026 during their ๐—จ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ข๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต-๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—–๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜† held at the Integrated Laboratory School (ILS) Stage.

More than an oath-taking, the ceremony served as a reminder of what it means to step forward and embrace the responsibility that comes with leadership. It is more than a mere positionโ€”it is a responsibility to honor, a commitment to uphold, and a promise to serve the student body with integrity, humility, courage, and purpose.

In his speech, CNU U-COMELEC Chairperson Mico Opusa reminded the newly inducted leaders that leadership is a responsibility to honor. And when the weight of leadership becomes heavy, may they remember why they started and who they are serving.

Moreover, OSAS Director and CNU U-COMELEC Adviser, Dr. Marino A. Garcia, administered the Oath of Office to the newly elected officers. The ceremony concluded with the SSC President, Pres. Kurt Justin Jacalan, delivering the Closing Remarks.
