Yours shine because of the mornings nobody saw, the pressure you carried quietly, and the choice to keep swimming even when your body was already asking you to stop.

National PRISAA 2026 was never just about touching the wall first. It was about heart. And all of you left pieces of it in every lane you swam.

Every lap you’ve swum, every early morning, every ounce of effort you’ve poured into becoming better has led you here. This is your chance to rise, to push beyond your limits, and to prove that you belong among those who carry not just strength, but heart, discipline, and pride in every stroke.
