Kaagapay is a food donation-drive initiative by the USC School of Arts and Sciences Student council directed towards the service workers of USC-TC.

Pursuant to the constitutional mandate that any vacancy or transition in the office of a Councilor shall be filled by the represented department-wide student organization, the SOPHIA Organization of the Department of Philosophy has officially designated its Vice President for External Affairs, Raijah Thomas P. Pasasadaba, to serve as its official representative.

This Executive Order formally recognizes his designation and marks the successful conclusion of the two-month interim representation period previously held by SOPHIA President Ed Lester Pillejera Aliรฑo. As the official SOPHIA Councilor, Raijah Thomas P. Pasasadaba is now entitled to exercise all powers, voting rights, and representational duties vested in the office to advocate for the interests and welfare of the Philosophy department within the Council.
