family greets our own faculty, 𝗣𝘁𝗿. 𝗡𝗴𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗟. 𝗥𝗮𝗳𝗮𝗹, for completing his 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 at 𝘊𝘦𝘣𝘶 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺 (𝘊𝘎𝘚𝘛).

After graduating bachelor's degree of theology at ETCP last 2019, Pastor Ngelver served as pastor at Dumaguete Bible Fellowship from 2019-2022, and then as outreach pastor at Lighthouse Baptist Church from 2022 to present. He taught at ETCP Basic Education Department as part-time Math teacher. He earned his masters degree of theology at BTC-CGST, graduating last Friday, May 8, 2026. He is married to ETCP teacher Mrs. Maryme Alcover Rafal. They have a daughter, Jacinth Dane (3 years old).

📢 𝗘𝗧𝗖𝗣 is pleased to announce our newly appointed 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 (𝙍𝙚𝙫. 𝙑𝙞𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙤 𝙎. 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣) and 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 (𝙋𝙩𝙧. 𝙄𝙖𝙣 𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣 𝘾. 𝘼𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙨), starting this Academic Year 2026-2027.

𝙍𝙚𝙫. 𝙑𝙞𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙤 𝙎. 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣 completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Asian College of Technology in Cebu City and later finished his Master of Divinity Major in Theology from Cebu Graduate School of Theology, the graduate school of Baptist Theological College, Inc. in Cebu City. He is gratefully serving the Lord alongside his wife, Mayfair R. Cabatingan, and together they are blessed with two children, Golden May and Jeremiah Verse.

Our incoming Dean of Student Affairs, 𝙋𝙩𝙧. 𝙄𝙖𝙣 𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣 𝘾. 𝘼𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙨, is a graduate of Baptist Theological College with a major in Theology. He earned his master’s degree in Missional Ecclesiology from South East Asian Theological Schools, Inc., a member of the International Council for Higher Education. He is currently completing his dissertation for his doctoral degree at the same institution.

Pastor Ian has faithfully served God in Thailand as a missionary for more than 18 years, an experience that has also made him fluent in the Thai language. He is married to Febe Amarila Arcenas, and they are blessed with two wonderful children, Adriel (9) and Eliana (4).

Please join us as we warmly welcome Pastor Verse and Pastor Ian as they begin this new role. Let us continue to pray for them as they lead and minister to our students, helping mold and prepare them for effective service in the ministry. All for the glory and honor of our LORD God Almighty!
