Members of Ocean Fast Ferries Inc. visited the University of the Visayas College of Maritime Education to facilitate an interview and screening process for potential Engine Cadets. This event took place in the 5th Floor Maritime Building and was coordinated by the Dean, OBT Supervisor, Program Head, and Maritime Faculty of the University of the Visayas.

The recruitment activity allowed maritime students to prove themselves worthy of the chance to join the company and be successful as future engineers on board. This recruitment activity is also a good means for students aspiring to become marine engineers to start working in the maritime industry as professionals.

This visit proves the commitment of the maritime industry and academe in working hand-in-hand to produce competent and disciplined maritime professionals who are globally competitive.
