After its session on July 11, 2026, the CPSS Commission on Accountability approved its pending resolutions and finalized the Second Semestral Report for A.Y. 2025-2026.

The report contains all the approved resolutions, audit decisions, and findings from our investigative divisions for the Second Semester. It serves as both a record and reminder that accountability is a shared duty, one that will continue to be upheld within our institutions.
