💰 Scholarship Benefits
Book Allowance: ₱4,000.00 per semester
Living Allowance: ₱5,000/month × 5 months = ₱25,000.00
Total: ₱29,000.00 per semester
📌 Eligibility
Applicants must:
1. Be a 1st–3rd year student enrolled in BS Biology, BS Mathematics, BS Statistics, or BS Computer Science;
2. Have a GWA of at least 2.0, or an HS average grade of at least 86% for 1st-year students;
3. Be a permanent resident of Visayas or Mindanao;
4. Not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship or educational grant;
5. Not have been the subject of any disciplinary action;
6. Be financially in need, with an annual gross family income from all sources not exceeding ₱500,000.00.

3. Parent’s Income Tax Return (BIR Form 2316) for the year 2025 and other proof of income, as applicable:
* Certificate of Employment and Compensation
* Contract with Employer
* Pension Voucher
* OFW Contract
* Applicant’s ITR and/or W-2, if employed
* Spouse’s ITR and/or W-2, if married
* Income statement, if income is derived from business
* If unemployed or exempted from filing, submit BIR Certificate of Exemption and notarized
Affidavit of Source of Income, indicate approximate income earned.
4. Form 5 for 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027 (official copy)
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character
*For 2nd year students and up: secure the request form from the
Office of Student Affairs (OSA)
*For 1st-year students: Certificate of Good Moral Character from
their previous high school
6. Copy of grades for the previous semester/year;
7. Three (3) letters of recommendation from former
professors/teachers (no specific format required);
