Jannah Balag Sarabosing, 21 years old, a Second year CSW student from University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF), has been missing for several days. Her family is very worried as she has been unreachable since March 3, 2026, and a police report has already been filed.

📍 Last seen: USPF Lahug Campus, Cebu City – March 3, 2026

Residence: Juagdan, Ubay, Bohol

Age: 21 years old

The University of Southern Philippines Foundation announces that on February 25, 2026 (Wednesday), classes in all levels will shift to an asynchronous modality, and offices will operate under a skeletal workforce arrangement. Students are advised to check their respective class GCs for further instructions.

Face-to-face classes and full office operations will resume on February 26, 2026.

The University of Southern Philippines Foundation announces that face-to-face classes in all levels will resume on February 11, 2026 (Wednesday).

With improved weather conditions, the USPF community will commence with the Intramurals and University Days 2026 Opening Ceremony.

FACE-TO-FACE CLASS SUSPENSION & EVENT POSTPONEMENT ADVISORY
February 10, 2026

Conforming to the February 10, 2026, 6:50 AM announcement of Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival and the recommendation of the Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC), the University of Southern Philippines Foundation will shift to asynchronous learning due to inclement weather and for public safety until further notice.

In line with this, today's University Intramurals and University Days 2026 are also postponed until further notice. Students are advised to check their respective class GCs for further instructions.

Offices will remain open and regular work hours will be observed. We apologize for any inconvenience this short notice may cause, as the safety of all USPians remains our top priority.
