The Public Administration Students’ Society is honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the City Government of Vigan during the Vigan People’s Council & Stakeholders Night held at Plaza Burgos.

This recognition affirms our continued commitment to public service, civic engagement, and meaningful collaboration in support of the city’s programs and initiatives.
